Amoxicillin 500mg PO 8 hourly
Lower Respiratory Tract Infection without consolidation (i.e. not pneumonia)

Doxycycline 200mg PO STAT, then 100mg daily

Use clinical judgement to decide if antibiotics are indicated. Some infections will be viral.
