Flucloxacillin 500mg PO 6 hourly
Cellulitis - Mild
Important: Therapy
Doxycycline 200mg PO STAT, then 100mg daily
(if oral route compromised - Clarithromycin 500mg IV 12 hourly)

Bilateral cellulitis is uncommon - consider other causes of bilateral lower limb soft tissue changes e.g. venous eczema before prescribing antibiotics
Mark area and review regularly.
Exclude signs of systemic infection.
Treatment duration: 5 days
