IV Flucloxacillin 1g IV 6 hourly
If previous MRSA - follow penicillin allergy recommendation
Cellulitis - Moderate

Vancomycin IV as per protocol

Bilateral cellulitis is uncommon - consider other causes of bilateral lower limb soft tissue changes e.g. venous eczema before prescribing antibiotics
Mark area and review regularly
Send swabs for culture. Even if no break in skin a firm swab of most cellulitic area may yield pathogen to guide management.
Treatment duration:5-7 days
