Important: Therapy
Flucloxacillin 500 mg PO 6 hourly
If moderate/severe (e.g. signs of systemic infection):
Flucloxacillin 2g IV 6 hourly
Clean surgical and cellulitis
Important: Therapy
Doxycycline 200mg PO STAT, then 100mg daily
If moderate/severe (e.g. signs of systemic infection):
Vancomycin IV as per protocol
