Phenoxymethylpenicillin PO for 5-10 days (10 days if Scarlet fever)
Use IV benzylpenicillin if severe
Acute Tonsillitis or Quinsy
Micro Organisms
Strep. pyogenes
Qunisy can be polymicrobial

Ceftriaxone IV if severe
