Co-amoxiclav PO (AND Vancomycin IV if MRSA positive) for 5-7 days
If otherwise well - oral route is appropriate. If unwell, then use IV
Preseptal Orbital Cellulitis
Micro Organisms
Staph.aureus, Strep.pyogenes, Strep.pneumonia, Haemophilus spp.

Contact ENT + Ophthalmology team as soon as child is admitted
Consider adding Metrondiazole if no improvement within 24-48 hours
