Benzylpenicillin 3g IV followed by 1.5g IV every 4 hours until delivery
Prolonged Rupture of Membranes >37 weeks

Teicoplanin 12mg/kg 12 hourly for 3 doses then 24 hourly until delivery.
Use current weight with dose rounded to the nearest 100mg with max single dose 800mg.
