If antibiotic required:
Oral Flucloxacillin 500mg 6 hourly
+ Oral Metronidazole 400mg 8 hourly if anaerobic infection suspected or poor dentition
If systemic signs of sepsis use
IV Flucloxacillin 2g 6 hourly
