topical Clotrimazole
500mg pessary
OR 10% 5g vaginal cream
One dose
(topical treatment at night)
Alternative treatment
oral Fluconazole
(avoid in children and if pregnant)
150mg orally
One dose
If pregnant:
Clotrimazole
100mg pessary at night
6 nights
