Only on the advice of a Medical Microbiologist or Infection Specialist for:
- Complicated urinary tract infections.
- Nosocomial lower respiratory tract infections.
- Bacterial meningitis.
- Bacteraemia associated, or suspected to be associated with, any of the infections above.
Oral sachets are no longer restricted.
