Recommended total duration:14 days
Ofloxacin 200mg orally every 12 hours (*if manufacturer unable to supply 200mg strength, 400mg every 12 hours is acceptable).

If gonorrhoea suspected: (e.g. younger patient i.e. <35, new or multiple sexual partners, high risk sexual history, MSM, urethral discharge present)
ADD Ceftriaxone 1000mg as a single dose IM. Contact Chalmers Centre
Ensure Chlamydia/Gonorrhoea NAAT test result is reviewed.
Review urine culture results for targeted antimicrobial treatment.
