Diagnostic Tips
- Usually rapid growth
- Suspect keratitis nodules with thickened base
- Predominantly arise on sun-exposed, sun damaged sites
- Most commonly affected areas are back of hands, forearms, scalp, lower lip, pinna
- Organ transplant patients or other immunosuppressed patients are at risk
