Adult mental health psychology

• Adults aged 18 – 65
• Experiencing moderate–severe, complex psychological problems
• Patient is ready to engage with psychology e.g. can attend appointments, is motivated and psychologically-minded
• Patient has clear goals to work on via time-limited talking therapy.

• Appointments will be offered via NHS Near Me or face to face
• Patients should be able to attend on a regular basis, may have to face difficult emotions and may be asked tocomplete homework assignments between sessions
• Group based approaches may also be offered
