- Lower abdominal pain, typically bilateral
- Deep dyspareunia
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding, including post coital, inter-menstrual and menorrhagia
- Abnormal vaginal or cervical discharge
- Adnexal tenderness/cervical motion tenderness
- Fever ≥ 38°C
