This will be run as a 4 week course: Embedding and maintaining a mindfulness practice. The Tiny Habits model to be used again.
The 4 sessions will be delivered weekly online
The course will be led by experienced mindfulness facilitators, who are also NHS GG&C staff. Dates to be confirmed.
