Research suggests:
In a group of 200 people newly diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2, Gliclazide with insulin will prevent one person (on average) from having complications (including foot, eye or kidney problems) or dying in the course of a year.
In a group of 910 people newly diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2, Gliclazide with insulin will prevent one person (on average) from dying in the course of a year.
In a group of 360 people newly diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2, Gliclazide with insulin will prevent one person in this group (on average) from having complications, including foot, eye or kidney problems, in the course of a year.
