Psychiatry Centralised Teaching
Tuesday Afternoons
All students are required to attend the clinical skills sessions which are held online on Tuesday afternoons (1330-1530). Links to these sessions will be emailed out approximately one week in advance. Topics covered are Mental State Examination, Risk Assessment, Capacity, Psychosis, with the final week being titled 'OSCE Practice'. These sessions consist of a 1 hour whole group teaching session on that weeks topic and then a 1 hour breakout session in smaller groups where they can practice history taking.
Thursday Afternoons
A series of remote lectures will be held online on Thursday afternoons and all students are required to attend. Links will be sent to students on a weekly basis. An example timetable is attached below.
