Rapid Access Syncope Clinic (RASCL)

This is for patients from the QEUH catchment area – please check address prior to referral.

The syncope clinic is run by Drs Mitchell & Anderton on a Thursday morning in Clinic G at QEUH. 

The Syncope Pathway gives guidance on which patients may be suitable for clinic assessment.

Please refer as follows:

1) Routine referrals

• Refer on Trakcare: New Request – Other - ‘Syncope Referral’ (in item spyglass)

2) Urgent referrals (appointed within 2-4 weeks)

• Refer on Trakcare as above
• Scan notes urgently onto Portal including ECG
