- Have observed the structure of a "what matters" conversation.
- Appreciate what Value based healthcare means to a person receiving care, by understanding the potential benefits and costs (risks, harms, and burden) to the patient of treatment options.
- Understand the importance of reducing 'waste' by avoiding low value tests or interventions that are unlikely to benefit the patient person or may even cause harm.
- Be able to describe the concept of consent as a process not an event
- Be able to understand how "Choosing wisely" questions can prompt a conversation at a consultation
