Formulation:
Film-coated tablets (Ryeqo) relugolix 40mg, estradiol 1mg, norethisterone acetate 0·5mg (specialist initiation only)
Dosage:
As per SMC 2442: treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids in adult women of reproductive age.
SMC restriction: for use in patients who have failed or are unsuitable for conventional therapies (first line treatments), such as tranexamic acid, hormonal contraceptives and intrauterine delivery systems.
